Dissolving the League
24. The League shall be dissolved by a resolution passed at a General Meeting if the active memberClubs are such that it is impossible to continue. Under such circumstances, all monies held shall be
handed over to the Berks & Bucks Football Association. All trophies held by the League shall at
the time of the dissolution, be dealt with as provided for in Rule18(A) and shall become the
property of Berks & Bucks Football Association in accordance with Football Association
Regulations for the Control and Sanctioning of Competitions No 5 save where conditions of
donation state that it shall be returned to the Donor.
