Dissolving the League
24. The League shall be dissolved by a resolution passed at a General Meeting if the Active member clubs are such that it is impossible to continue. Under such circumstances, all monies held shall be handed over to the Berks & Bucks Football Association. All trophies held by the League shall at the time of the dissolution, be dealt with as provided 18(a) and shall become the property of Berks & Bucks Football Association in accordance with Football Association regulations by Association No 5 save where conditions of donation state that it shall be returned to the Donor.
