It shall not be permitted for an individual to participate as a First-aider on more than one (1) match being played either on adjacent pitches, or where playing times overlap.

Any Team failing to meet this requirement shall be suspended from all Competition until this obligation has been met. Fixtures not played due to a breech of this Rule shall be dealt with in accordance with Rule 10(F).

(B) It shall be the obligation of the home Team to provide a qualified individual under Rule 23(A) and shall present themselves to the Referee prior to kick-off.
The First Aider shall PRINT their name and registration number clearly in block capitals on the Match Card. In the event of there being no person present qualified to this level, the match shall not proceed until such time as the registered person presents himself to the Referee.
In the event of a match being postponed as a result of the requirement not being met, or being played with no qualified First Aider being present, the Home Team shall be fined a sum not exceeding £25.00 and shall be liable to pay the costs of their opponents and the Referee.

(C) The procedure for registration of individuals qualified in first aid shall be as follows:

1. Two current passport-sized photographs (NOT PHOTOSTATS).

2. Photostat copy of their relevant first aid qualfication. To be presented to the First Aid Secretary. The registration shall be valid for three (3) years or the expiry of the relevant first aid certificate, whichever is sooner. The onus for renewal shall fall on the individual. All recognised national certificates shall be valid, but the Management Committee shall be the sole arbiter where there is a dispute.
