Detemining championship

12. (A) Team rankings within the Competition shall be decided by points with three (3) points to be awarded for a win and one (1) point for a drawn match. The teams gaining the highest number of points in their respective Divisions at the conclusion shall be adjudged the winners. Matches shall not be played for double points.
In the event of two or more teams being equal on points for the championship, runner-up, promotion or relegation at the close of the Competition, their position shall be determined by the number of points attained in their League fixtures against each other during the season. The Team with the most points being deemed to have the higher League position. If this still fails to determine a winners then a single deciding match shall be played at a venue decided by the Management Committee. If at the end of this match the scores are level, ten minutes each half extra time shall be played. Should the match remain undecided after the extra time, the winners shall be determined by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark in accordance with International Board Procedure.
(B) Automatic promotion and relegation shall be applied for the first three (3) and last three (3) Teams in each Under 11 Division. For the remaining age groups with more than one Division the winners and runner-up of the lower Divisions shall be automatically promoted to the higher Division for the following season.
The two bottom placed Teams of the higher Division SHALL BE LIABLE for relegation to the lower Divisions, subject to the discretion of the Management Committee.

Notwithstanding the above, to ensure an even balance of Teams in each Division, the Management Committee may promote or relegate additional Teams over and above that stipulated.
